Modeling and Simulation of the Physical World
This class is a first year course that provides an introduction to mathematical modeling and computer simulation of physical systems using Python. The final project completed by Jasmine Kamdar and I focused on finding the 'sweet spot' in billiards.
This is an experimental course that focuses on the application of quantitative analysis of mathematical models and data to enable, improve, and speed up the engineering design process. This course teaches a combination of concepts and programs such as MATLAB, Mathematica, and SolidWorks.
